Mbf recruitment are working with a national financial services organisation to recruit a Junior Executive Assistant. This is a modern and forward-thinking business who have offices across the UK, they are a well-known company with a fantastic reputation.

They are now seeking to recruit a Junior Executive Assistant to join their support team. In this role you will be responsible for providing an efficient administrative support service, you will work closely with stakeholders, heads of and external clients.You will support two highly experienced/Senior Executive Assistants who will in turn provide you with ongoing training & support.

This will be a busy and rewarding position, daily duties include:

- Organise and maintain the diaries; attending weekly meetings to discuss priorities.
- Accept and make calls, manage incoming calls etc.
- Manage all business travel arrangements and accommodation requirements for the Executive(s) and for the wider business when required.
- Arrange all meetings including but not limited to; Team meeting, meetings with external parties, regular 1:1 and appraisal meetings, and any other meetings as appropriate.
- Build strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholders across the business, to order achieve the above.
- Maintain project plans and assist the Executive(s) in tracking ongoing achievement of plans, recording key milestones.

To be considered you must:

- Have experience within an executive/personal support position
- Experience of working within a fast-paced client facing environment
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Extensive experience of working with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
- Experience of delivering accurate, relevant and timely information

The client is offering a basic salary to £25,000 + bonus and very strong company benefits. You will be provided with full training & support and there will be plenty of opportunities to progress.
