**The Role**
An excellent opportunity has arisen within our small (15 staff) but rapidly growing friendly team at a Telecoms company for a Business Administrator.

As we are currently a small company the role will be quite varied but full training and assistance will be provided every step of the way. As we grow as a company you will be able to specialise more in your strongest areas and we will create new roles for the other areas.

Some of the duties you would be required to do are outlined below;
- Answering incoming company calls
- Helping to onboard new customers
- Purchasing equipment
- Processing invoices for payment
- Updating Xero (accounting software)
- Organising the monthly customer bill run with our software called Union Street
- Payment reminders and helping deal with potential disputes
- Maintaining supplier and customer records.
- Office renewals for various services like our office lease
- Organising company events
- Updating the CRM system

**About You**
Successful applicants should demonstrate the following:

- Significant experience working within an office environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Effective communicator with the ability to form good relationships
- Reasonably IT savvy and proficient in MS Office packages
