**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities** include
- Managing bookkeeping and accounts using in-house software package.
- Maintaining the company ledgers - purchase / sales / nominal
- Preparing year-end accounts,
- Processing payroll, VAT returns, and compliance tasks
- Effective and efficient Credit Control
- Bank reconciliation
- General office management tasks and supporting other Admin staff when required

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a similar finance or accounts role
- Solid understanding of AR and AP processes
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
