Impression is looking for a mid / senior digital deisgner. You will be given a large amount of creative freedom due to the nature of our client base which is mainly disruptor & challenger brands.

We’re looking for an individual who lives for design, loves to collaborate and wants to put their own stamp on the creative output of our agency. We’re an ambitious team with creative being at the heart of everything we do and we bring it to life with front end experiences using the latest in CSS3 animations & motion.

EXPERIENCE
- 3 years+ of industry experience (ideally working agency side)
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating innovative ideas and a strong use of typography
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure and careful attention to detail is a must
- Self motivated, organised and accountable
- A passion for digital design and wanting to push the agency forward creatively with every project
- Have a sound understanding of UX and UI to create exceptional websites
- Highly proficient in using UI design software (preferably Sketch, but Figma or Adobe XD will suffice), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and prototyping tools (Invision, Marvel)
- Experience with motion design
- Having the edge to know what sets brands apart creatively
THE ROLE
- Designing strategic and visually impressive digital experiences and websites with a key focus on UX
- Creating digital first brands, from strategy through to delivery.
- Working with project managers so that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Mentoring junior team members to ensure their development.
- Generating fresh concepts.
- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various digital projects.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments, trends and digital creativity.
