We are looking for a Senior Optimisation Specialist to join the optimisation team. The Senior Optimisation Specialist will work closely with the Senior Optimisation Manager to deliver our digital test and learn strategy, helpng to drive overall online performance as well as improving the shopping experience for our customers.

**As part of this role, you'll be responsible for**:

- The creation and delivery of the Optimisation strategy and targeted experiences for Currys PC World online, and our online Mobile offering
- Feeding in new ideas into our roadmap of tests and managing these from end to end
- Mentoring and collaborating with Optimisation Specialists in their research and ideation processes
- Using data insights, heuristic analysis and UX analytics tools to identify customer pain points
- Creation and coordination of test hypotheses, facilitating discovery workshops, liaison with the data and analytics teams to agree measurement plans and validate assumptions
- Lead on-site personalisation and audience based targeting strategy, identifying signals that can be used to further tailor the website to make it more relevant and easier to use for customers
- Unlocking customer insight and feedback through liaison with internal and external stakeholders and relevant 3rd parties to ensure the customer is at the heart of all activity
- Ensureing optimisation strategies are at the forefront of industry and market trends by constant interaction with peers outside of DCG, attendance at conferences and trade related sessions
**Key skills/experience**
- Proven experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret web metric data
- Experience in AB testing methodologies and platforms
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- A customer-first mentality while supporting commercial objectives
