DressMeZee is a growing online fashion retailer offering stunning outfits for the special moments in life. We're looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to optimise and manage our advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, and more.

Position Overview:
You'll drive the success of our paid ads strategy across multiple platforms, ensuring effective product listings, campaign optimisation, and collaboration with external consultants. You'll focus on Google Ads, TikTok, and Facebook, while helping optimise ad performance for better ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads:

- Manage campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), sync products in Google Merchant Center, and optimise for ROI.
- Sync and Recheck Product Listings: Ensure that products in Google Merchant Center are up-to-date with correct data, pricing, and availability.
- Account Management: Oversee all aspects of Google Ads accounts, including campaigns, ads, and the business profile.
- Campaign Optimisation: Continuously optimise existing Google Search, Google Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns to improve ad performance and maximise ROI.
- Campaign Creation: Develop and launch new PPC campaigns across Google Ads, focusing on growth, performance, and conversion tracking.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement effective PPC strategies tailored to the business’s goals, ensuring optimal performance across all Google Ads platforms.

TikTok Ads: Ensure products are synced with Shopify, optimise traffic and conversion campaigns, and improve overall performance.

Facebook Ads: Oversee campaigns (restocks, launches, Advantage+ catalog ads), ensure Shopify sync, and track ad performance for optimisation.

Reporting & Analysis: Create weekly/monthly performance reports using data from Google Analytics, Shopify, and ad platforms. Implement A/B testing and provide insights.

Collaboration: Work with external consultants and internal teams to develop and refine ad strategies.

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or in a similar performance marketing role with experience in Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Strong understanding of Google Merchant Center, Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Business Suite, and Shopify integration.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to optimizing ad campaigns for better performance and ROI.
- In-depth knowledge of PPC campaign strategies, including A/B testing, audience targeting, and ad copywriting.
- Ability to collaborate with external consultants and internal teams effectively.
- Familiarity with API integrations for cross-platform tracking.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

- Google Ads certification.
- Experience with advanced Facebook Ads strategies (Advantage+ and catalog ads).
- Experience in managing TikTok Ads campaigns, including traffic and conversion ad sets.
- Knowledge of Shopify integrations and product feed management.
- ASO (App Store Optimisation): Experience with ASO to enhance app visibility and rankings.
