Head offices in North Yorkshire offering hybrid working; 1 day a week in the office the rest WFH.

Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager whilst working alongside of a team of 8, the Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist will be responsible for the following:

- Effectively manage the delivery of A/B and Multi-Variate tests, to deliver the personalisation and optimisation strategy.
- Manage and prioritise the backlog of experiences, ensuring all have a clear score based on insight, data, complexity, alignment to strategy and likely benefit to the organisation, creating and communicating the experience road map.
- Manage sign off process for creative development and testing links prior to go live of activity
- Provide recommendations based on activity to inform personalisation & optimisation strategies
- Work closely with the Digital Analytics, UX and Digital Marketing team to identify opportunities for optimisation, and validate viability of tests.

To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have 1-2 years experience of working within a digital marketing, optimisation and/or CRO role. You will have the ability to write clear and concise creative briefs and also have experience of interpretingdata/results into clear recommendations.

You will ideally have an understanding of:

- Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager (or similar technology)
- Understanding of digital marketing and website
