FLEET SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR**
(Remote)**
Menzies Distribution are looking for a Fleet Systems Administrator to join our team. You’ll be providing a first class service with our Fleet & Procurement team, this role is based on Monday - Friday (Remote/Home Based).
Reporting to the Fleet Compliance Manager, it is the responsibility of the Fleet Systems Administrator to manage the relevant Fleet support systems.Providing clear reporting and escalation for failings, the role will help mitigate risks. The jobholderwill develop excellent relationships with key stakeholders within the business in order to deliver best in class systems and process management. They will strive to continually improve the standards of compliance and ensure adherence to legislation and operator’slicence conditions across all sites.

**Fleet Systems Administrator Duties**:

- Manage the compliance of the fleet systems - Convey, Davis, Microlise, Trakm8, Insight, & OSS
¨
- Manage Licence checks for all Menzies Distribution Group Drivers
¨
- Ensure that all insurance documents and medical forms are completed for all Drivers using cars for company use
¨
- Build and maintain effective working relationships throughout the business both locally and on a national level
¨
- Promote the sharing of best practice across the business
¨
- Assess and reduce the fleet compliance risk at all operating locations in order to safeguard and protect the company employees, other road users and the businesses Operator Licences
¨
- Work with the Fleet and operations teams to identify weakness in processes and proactively change as part of continual improvement approach
¨
- Provide training on fleet systems and processes, to the operations teams
**Fleet Systems Administrator Requirements**:
¨
- Exceptional administration skills
¨
- A strong sense of integrity and desire to add value to the business
¨
- Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
¨
- Ideally good knowledge of Van and HGV fleet operation
¨
- Ideally Understanding of operator licence conditions and undertakings
¨
- Ideally experience of working with a Fleet Management System
¨
- Demonstrable experience of customer/stakeholder relationship management
¨
- Full understanding of industry legislative and compliance regulations
¨
- Interpersonal skills, engaging with internal and external stakeholders
¨
