As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join our Wakefield Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting project delivery through efficient procurement and administration.
As a Purchasing Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring All Purchase Ledger invoices are approved & allocated in terms of quantity, cost (invoice value) in line with Caddick’s monthly financial timetable. Procurement of all HSE clothing for all construction/Civils & Facades new starters and site staff using Caddick’s preferred Supplier. Procurement of all head office & Yorkshire/Midlands stationery using Caddick’s preferred supplier. To assist in the administration and update of the Caddick company fleet.
Stationery orders for Caddick construction sites/Caddick Civils/Midlands sites &office
HSE Clothing Orders for Caddick construction sites/Caddick Civils/Midlands sites &office
Ensure all invoices for payment by the finance team have the relevant job costing cost code, are matched with the relevant delivery note and price checked against the correct purchase order.
Maintain and update in conjunction with our fleet provider Caddick fleet database.
Administration & collation of all insurance claims
Provide monthly report to Group supply Chain Manager (Fleet update, Invoice dispute/Credit note received)
Previous experience in an administrative or purchasing role (construction experience beneficial but not essential).
A confident user of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook).
