**About Us**

**About the role**

Our Platform Implementation team focuses on the full programme management life cycle of the implementation of our highly automated, multi-million pound Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) across the world. From pre-deal, to the design, construction, installation and testing and finally the 'go-live' phases. This team is instrumental in ensuring we deliver CFCs on time, to budget and to the specific requirements of each partner client across the world.

We are looking for an Associate NPI Project Manager to join our Engineering Supply Chain department. This role supports the wider NPI team to drive consistency of project management processes across all of our projects and portfolios; as our quantity and scale of global partners continue to grow, this role is integral to ensuring our CFC's - and the products within them - are delivered on time for our partner clients. Day to day you will be involved with project monitoring and support, managing Budgets and cost control (including the preparation and maintenance of CapEx business cases), schedule management ensuring we meet our deliverables on time, developing resource plans and both facilitating and participating in project reviews and workshops, focusing on quality, delivery and continuous improvement.

Please note, this role is based at our Head Office in Hatfield, UK & international travel will be required. We're also happy to talk flexible working with you

**About you**

You already have some commercial project management experience, ideally alongside knowledge of supply chain, engineering, or quality and you are looking to develop your career in this area. You have a great understanding of Project Management and experience of working in matrix, cross functional environments.
