**Project Manager**

Leading global firm, with office in Hatfield, have a new vacancy, due to significant growth strategy, for a Business Solutions Project Manager. You will be responsible for leading a variety of interesting projects within a highly collaborative team, managingand leading business change and IT related projects across the UK and Ireland. You will be responsible for managing stakeholders at all levels, working with the key business users to define the project objectives, scope and requirements through to testing,implementation, go live and service transition activities.

You will create relevant project documentation to support the project process ensuring key business change are considered including communications, training and handover to BAU. As a Business Solutions Project Manager you will have an excellent aptitudetowards change, be innovative and flexible with a strong desire to create new and improved processes which are designed around creating an excellent customer experience whilst being highly efficient thus supporting the teams in achieving their targets.

**Project Manager Key Results Areas**:

- Accountability for milestone tracking, critical success factors and resource allocation
- Proactively manage all risks, issues, constraints, assumptions, and dependencies
- Understand business needs/requirements and interpret into potential solutions and processes in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
- Work with IT team colleagues to manage and deliver system developments and IT functional changes when required

**Project Manager Skills & Experience**:

- Accredited or equivalent professional qualification in project management e.g. PRINCE2 or Agile
- Experience in a IT/Business Solution project management background
- A proven track record of successfully implementing business/IT projects across multifunctional teams
- Strong understanding of developing and deploying custom functionality
- Strong understanding of reporting tools, GDPR principles and data management desirable
- Excellent communications skills at all levels including verbal and written
