**About Us**

***About the role**

The Project Manager role sits within our Programme Management function, and takes full ownership and accountability for large scale end-to-end projects, supporting both our retail partners as well as internal project delivery teams. As Project Manager, you would take the lead roles on the projects you are assigned to. You are external client/internal stakeholder-facing and have budget, people management and decision-making responsibilities. You will have the leadership qualities required to drive each stage of their project with various internal teams (whether in a head office situation, or on site during the construction phase). You are the 'voice of the project' and must be adept at dealing with challenges, risk/issue management, reporting, as well as being instrumental in driving our company culture and values within the team. As Ocado Group continues to change the way the world shops, our core project delivery team will remain flexible to rise to the evolving challenges.

***The role is based in our Hatfield head office, but extensive UK/international travel will be required (location of travel dependent on the project/client you are working on).**

***About you**

**We'd love to hear from you if you have;**
- People and process leadership experience
- Large scale Project Management experience
- Stakeholder engagement experience with the ability to influence, understand and challenge expert opinions
- PPM tool experience (Planisware, Oracle Primavera, etc.)
- Experience delivering projects to targets/budgets and driving tasks to completion
- Effective communication and presentation skills at all levels of the business
- The ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
- The ability to plan and prioritise workload, ensuring all given deadlines are met
- Experience using MS Office, Google Workspace

**It would be great but it's not essential for you to have;**
- Client facing Project Management experience (ideally in a similar/transferable industry)
- Automation project experience
- International project experience
- A formal Project Management qualification - PMI PMP/APMP or similar
