Our Regional IT team currently have an internal opportunity for a Regional IT Customer Service Representative. Continue your journey with us whilst we’ll support you to be your best.
**The opportunity**
In this exciting field-based role, you will build relationships with our customers, face to face at our sites, to ensure they know how to get the right support on service-related IT issues. As our Regional IT Customer Service Representative you will:

- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service throughout all engagement with users and improve user satisfaction.
- Proactively develop the quality and the efficient delivery of the service offered to end users.
- Create and deliver training for end users, to help them get the most from their IT toolset.
- Monitor adherence to process delivery against SLAs to maintain and improve quality levels.
- Be the voice of the customer and have input into development of the technical strategy for the department, in line with the Strategy & Architecture function of the organisation.
- Manage issue resolution and service requests in a professional and timely manner.

**The person**
To succeed as a Regional IT Customer Service Representative, you will need:

- Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate in an effective manner.
- Experience of customer service roles.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, analyse, and resolve problems, driving solutions through to completion.
- Passion or interest in IT.
