London, United Kingdom Im Ready Full time

Lime is the world’s largest shared electric vehicle company. We’re on a mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable and carbon-free. Our electric bikes and scooters have powered 400+ million rides in 250+ cities on 5 continents, replacing an estimated 100+ million car trips. Named a Time 100 Most Influential Company and Fast Company Brand That Matters, we achieved a fully profitable year in 2022, becoming the first in our industry to reach this milestone.

As we tackle this ambition, we seek a London-based Partnerships and Events Coordinator on a 4 month contract, with potential to extend to a longer-term role. This person will report to our Senior Operations Manager (UK&I) and will cover many bases across all of Lime’s markets in the UK&I outside of London, which includes Milton Keynes, Manchester, Nottingham and Derby. This role is a great opportunity to be at the centre of shaping the future of mobility in the UK and Ireland.

What You’ll Do:

- Partnership Development - Identify, cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with local businesses, community organisations, government agencies and other relevant stakeholders.
- Event Planning & Execution - Develop comprehensive event strategies to meet specific goals, such as rider retention, brand building, and community engagement.
- Relationship Management - Nurture existing partnerships and proactively seek out new partnership opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
- Operational Support - Support operational compliance through brand building activations and communications; creating communication calendars, planning the delivery of local events, capturing content, organising logistics and brainstorming new and proactive ideas to engage with Lime’s riders.
- Market Expansion - Support research and provide suggestions and content as we look to expand in other UK cities.

About You:

- You recently graduated with a bachelor's degree, or have 2-3 years working experience.
- You exhibit a can-do attitude, no task is below you.
- You have excellent communication and writing skills.
- You’re a well-organised individual who can work independently and prioritise efficiently with tight deadlines in a multicultural environment.
