We have an exciting job opportunity to support the GSM Sunset Project deployment and to be based at our Keighley office.

The Project Administrator & Support will work closely with the UK & Netherlands project teams, to project manage and administer the GSM Sunset roll out.

GSM Sunset Project: to work on our Major Telecom Projects.

As well as updating training manuals and conducting ad hoc administrative duties, you will also function as a central point of contact, own the project plan (not create it), and make any adjustments as needed, ensure communications with engineers and other operational staff, so the plan is known and understood.

Key skills & experiences:

- Project management and administrative experience is essential.
- Experience in coordinating project activities, managing schedules and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of Service Operations is an advantage.
- An eye for detail and good planning and organisational skills.
- Good communicator and able to converse at all levels.
- Good customer service experience is essential.
- Salesforce & SAP experience is essential.
- Microsoft packages including PowerPoint & Excel (intermediate).
- Initiative-taking, teamwork, and collaboration.

Any training will be provided.
