HR Advisor

Support all functions of human resources activities, including the administration of policies and procedures for a designated location. Collaborate with site leaders to drive business performance.
**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
To strive for efficiency, whilst continuously improving delivery of HR services, in conjunction with HR Business Partner/Regional HR Business Partner to Line Managers and all employees, including but not exhaustive:
- Assist leadership with investigating and resolving team member issues
- Ensure human resources data is maintained accurately and timely
- Undertake first line advice and support our HR Business Partners with complex cases.
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees
Actively interacting with employees to monitor and support their experience.
- Monitor probationary/year end reviews across the depot to ensure they are completed in time and to the accepted standard.
- Monitor and support with employee annual self-evaluations across the company to ensure they are completed by the deadline and to the accepted standard.
- Support the Managers with absence recording and monitoring process.
- Assist the Managers with Training and Development of employees
- Supporting Line Managers in all matters relating to HR including terms and conditions, absence, and flexible working requests.
- Support with HR administration, including - New starter documentation.
**MINIMUM REQ IREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)**
- CIPD Accredited or working towards
- 1 year Human Resources or related field experience
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment
