Description Provide generalist HR support across various functions within the organisation. Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees in line with company policies and employment law. Manage and resolve disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases. Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes.
