Job Introduction
Here at Colas, we are hiring for a Performance Administrator. As a Performance Administrator you will be responsible for compiling and coordinating the contractual performance indicators and reporting to the ITS stakeholders in compliance with business and contract specific defined processes. In addition, the Performance Administrator will compile, and coordinate all required internal business performance indicators.
Main Responsibilities
As a Performance Administrator you will manage monthly performance reporting and be responsible for the creation and maintenance of performance dashboards. You will be responsible for the coordination of the collection and processing of contractual performance results, liaising with Contracts managers ensuring the process outputs are delivered in a timely and procedural manner. You will maintain documentation in accordance with internal and external quality management system and requirements. You will carry out quality analysis and assist with quality reports and corrective action plans for all aspects of contractual performance. You will prepare for and assist with Quality, Safety and Environmental audits and corrective action plans. You will be responsible for updating KPIs on client surveys. You will attend and participate in team meetings. To ensure that all operations carried out within your area of responsibility are undertaken with full regard for safety of visitors, other members of staff and yourself.
