**About the role**
**Job Purpose**
- To support the Project Managers with all administrative duties and to ensure all works are compliant with respect to Project Delivery** Principal Accountabilities**
- Accurately process information
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Participate in attaining and maintaining company certification systems
- Liaise with Project Manager(s) to issue for quoting and oversee the PO process
- Sub contact liaison and potential raising of purchase orders
- Preparation, production, and quality checking of work packs
- Commercial support to the Project Managers and the Commercial department
- Performance monitoring of the work programme to ensure efficient delivery of the plans.
- Reporting of process management data
- Assisting sales team in the development of client relations.
**About You**
**You will have the following Essential Qualifications**:
- Secondary education minimum GCSES or equivalent in maths and English **You will have the following knowledge and experience**:
- Previous administrative experience is preferable
- Experience of ICP works ideally, but not essential.
**You will have the following skills and personal qualities**:
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A desire and personal pride to make improvements.
- Self-motivation and ability to work on own initiative.
- A strong customer focuses.
- An ability to identify where their assistance will help colleagues.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
