**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough quality assessments of products and services to ensure compliance with established standards and our ISO 9001 Accreditation.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining meticulous records of quality checks.
- Collaborate with various departments and customers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Utilise our RD, Microsoft Teams and CRM/ERP System for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
- Provide administrative support by organising files, managing schedules, and assisting with clerical duties.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an office environment with a focus on data entry and administrative tasks, and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Familiarity with an online CRM/ERP software is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, contributing positively to the workplace culture.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00 per year
