American Holidays is a specialist travel provider operating for over 40 years in the Irish, Northern Irish and UK B2C and B2B markets. **Role Summary**
As CRM Executive you will be responsible for delivering our CRM execution for American Holidays.
You will work with the Head of Marketing in Ireland (with dotted line into the CRM Manager in the UK) to define and then execute high quality CRM campaigns designed to deliver our business objectives. You will have keen analytical skills and an ability to derive insight that you can turn into actions will help you in this role. Alongside the team you will be responsible for delivering the American Holidays CRM marketing strategy ensuring all communications are personalised, targeted and form part of a customer’s seamless journey.
As part of the Marketing Team, you will work collaboratively to deliver both long-term strategic objectives as well as delivering short-term trading goals.
**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
The role-holder will build and execute leading CRM conversion journeys for existing and new prospects as well as for our Repeat guests. This will entail selecting, segmenting and customising appropriate communications to our customer base to deliver best business outcome. The role-holder will work collaboratively the Marketing to help deliver our long-term strategy and short-term trading.
- Conduct weekly performance reports and share results with wider Marketing team
- Support the wider business on achieving marketing database growth objectives
- Collaborate across the business with sales, destination, and commercial teams
- Ensure that the customer receives a seamless journey from initial contact through to retention irrespective of channel
- Measure and report on campaign performance and audience/segment growth
**Key Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Competencies (required to fulfil role)**:
- Demonstrable working experience in a consumer-marketing environment
- Demonstrable knowledge of leading CRM strategies
- Demonstrable experience of delivering CRM activities
- Highly analytical and able to demonstrate where analysis has been used to drive outcomes
- Able to work with large marketing budgets
- An excellent eye for creative execution and able to understand and design a proposition
- Highly flexible, positive, and resilient with the ability to be innovative and collaborate
- Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task
- Delivery to time, budget, and quality expectation, across multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter
- Must be able to work as and be part of a team
