**Job Description**:
We are recruiting a **Quality Assurance **Auditor to join the team at our Central Production Unit located in Bermondsey, South London. SE16 3LL. Immediate Start.

**About the role**

The duties you will undertake will be to ensure that the business fully complies with all site codes of practice, SALSA standards and all legal requirements relating to the production of food.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring that all goods that are loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperwork
- Distribution across the unit of all unloading goods
- Highlight and perform regular product checks in high care to maintain quality standards.
- Reinforce our food safety standards
- Proactively identify quality issues and deliver swift solutions
- Take micro samples and organise the sending of the samples to the laboratory
- Ensuring traceability and CCP records are completed accurately in production.
- Monitoring and verification of CCP procedures to encourage compliance
- Temperature monitoring of ingredients and daily temperature probes calibration.
- Conducting internal audits including GMP, Glass & plastic audit etc.
- Conducting Daily Taste panel
- Conducting traceability and mass balance audits
- Printing and verification of products labels.
- Filing and maintenance of traceability documents
- Assisting with managing specifications for our products.
- Any other duties to maintain the site quality management and SALSA requirements as directed by the technical manager

Rate: £13 per hour

Shifts: Monday to Friday

Contract: Full Time/ Permanent
