Our aim is to take the stress out of studentsmoving into their new home by finding them a property to suit all their needs, whether that's moving in with friends or on their own, as we have a wide portfolio of properties available to students.
A vacancy has arisen for full-time Business Development & Sales Officer in the vibrant and centrally based Coventry University city campus here at the FutureLets Conference Team, with a potential for hybrid working. We are looking for an enthusiastic personto join our team in this varied and fast-paced role. The role holder will play a key role in developing business strategy and new sales opportunities, as well as supporting the team with administration, enquiries, market research, and managing the client experience.
*Have excellent customer service skills, and be a clear and effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders, verbally and in writing for a professional knowledge-industry environment with a diverse population
*Have a positive and motivated attitude and a willingness to work flexibly on a 5 over 7 shift pattern as required to meet business requirements, including travel within the UK and occasionally overseas
*Have a keen eye for detail, a critical and analytic approach to problem-solving with a strong commercial acumen and sound entrepreneurial abilities
*Have self-motivation to achieve and excel objectives and meet deadlines business in an increasingly competitive setting
*IT literate, with a good knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office, as well as well excellent customer service skills and organisation and planning skills
*Have experience at establishing a vision, and inspiring a team to work together with trust and rapport in order to accomplish it
