We collaborate closely with our factory partners to ensure every product is developed with precision and care.

**The Role**:
As our **Production Coordinator**, you will be the driving force behind the transition from concept to physical prototype, with responsibilities including:

- **Prototype Coordination**: Oversee the transition from digital designs to physical prototypes, working closely with overseas manufacturers to ensure clear communication and precise execution of design details.
- **Project Management**: Manage the entire lifecycle of design projects, including setting timelines, organizing workflows, and ensuring all phases meet deadlines.
- **Client Interaction**: Collaborate with our Client Success Consultant to discuss design options, understand client feedback, provide recommendations directly to clients, and make necessary adjustments to align the final product with the client's vision.
- **Design Specifications**: Develop and maintain detailed design documents to guide factories on the necessary changes and specifications for each design.
- **Ongoing Learning**: While experience in physical product limitations and prototyping will develop over time, a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential. You will grow into an expert in turning digital designs into physical products.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Attention to Detail**: You have a sharp eye for spotting design and quality issues throughout the production process.
- **Character Design**: You have experience on either commercial or personal projects, dealing with character visuals.
- **Photoshop Proficiency**: You are comfortable using Adobe Photoshop to modify and enhance designs.
- **Project Management Skills**: You can juggle multiple projects, set timelines, and ensure smooth progression through every phase of production.
- **Digital Concepts**: While not essential, the ability to produce digital sketches is a plus.
- **Effective Communicator**: You can articulate design concepts and revisions clearly to overseas manufacturers, ensuring that every detail is understood and executed properly.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
