Based on 37 hours a week Monday - Friday on a hybrid model based in Paisley(3 days at home 2 days in office ideally however flexible to this). The pay rate is £12.99 per hour.
**Main Duties**
**Finance**:

- Process orders and invoices
- Maintain financial reconciliations
- Update financial records and reports
- Support the preparation of annual budget, forecasts, and year end accounts
- Support Procurement functions such as preparing tender documentation and tender process administration

**Administration**:

- Support meeting processes and minute taking
- Support general office functions
- Provide administrative support to records management processes

**Governance**:

- Support administration and development of internal processes

**Key Skills**:

- The post holder will require good IT skills and be proficient in Excel.
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent written communication skills
