Lease Compliance Co-ordinator

**Role Overview**
The Lease Compliance Co-Ordinator will support the Residential Management Team and wider department, ensuring that all administration duties in connection with sales, assignments, licences and land registry enquiries are completed in a timely and professional manner.
You will be working in a busy team dealing with solicitors and lessees on a daily basis.
**Key Responsibilities**
- To manage Information Pack requests and conveyancing enquiries from lessees’ solicitors and work alongside the property management and accounts team to provide fast and accurate responses to enquiries.
- To compile and issue Licenses, as required (e.g. Alterations, Subletting, Pet Consents)
- To maintain Sub-letting databases and send periodic reminders to tenants
To compile and issue welcome information to new owners and create templates for new instructions
**Key Skills**
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent communicator
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail skills
**Team Overview**
The residential block management team consists of Residential Property Managers, Property Assistants and Facilities Managers managing a wide range of leasehold buildings predominantly across London. Our work is interesting, fast paced and varied
