The company is currently responsible for the installation and management of therapy solutions to over 20,000 Oxygen patients. As a company we are diversifying into Sleep and Ventilation services with a growing patient base. The company focuses on continually improving its services, with the aim being to offer the NHS efficient and sustainable solutions. **The role (in a nutshell)** Sleep Compliance Co-Ordinators will be responsible for an essential service to patients, relatives and healthcare professionals. Sleep Compliance Co-Ordinator are responsible for the patients compliant use of their CPAP machines, by interpreting usage data, providing support and advice and managing the various systems to ensure patient records are up to date and relevant consumables and equipment provided in a timely manner. You will also manage follow-up questions, wishes and problems of patients, prescribers and colleagues both internally and externally. **Primary Duties** - To deal with all enquiries from patients in an empathetic and effective manner within company agreed timescales - To become a professional in this specialist field and share your knowledge with your peers - To analyse compliance data to determine the level of compliance of patients and to ensure non-complaint patients are contacted and encouraged to use their therapy to maximise benefits to them - To be flexible with initial training requirements and shift patterns - Provide first line support to all patients requiring assistance whilst ensuring that all patients are receiving optimal therapy for their sleep disordered breathing - Work closely with the clinicians within our partner sleep clinics and support them with questions around installations, replenishment orders etc. - Act as an ambassador for this service with all colleagues within Dolby Vivisol. - Liaise with patients as and when required through E-Mail, telephone, video conference, letter and SMS - Report received complaints, observed non-conformities and potential non-conformities - If required you will be expected to participate in the investigation and resolution of reported complaints, non-conformities and potential non-conformities **Development**: - It is expected that all Sleep Compliance Co-Ordinator will join Dolby Vivisol with a minimum of 12 months previous sleep service experience - The post holder will be provided with the appropriate training, coaching and support in each role to ensure they understand the task in hand and are capable of providing an exceptional standard of customer service to our patients. - Ongoing development plans will be created with the Respiratory Services Team Leader to ensure that all skills are maintained and you remain compliant with company Statutory and Mandatory training requirements. **Qualifications** - 5 GCSE including English and Maths, or significant work experience - A Level education advantageous - NVQ Level 2 Call Handling or Administration is desirable - Basic sleep courses (ARTP/BSS or other recognised bodies) Please visit our website for a copy of our job applicant privacy notice. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Company pension - Cycle to work scheme - Employee discount - Life insurance - On-site parking - Wellness programme Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - London / Gatwick Airport: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - GCSE or equivalent (preferred) **Experience**: - sleep service: 1 year (preferred)
