**The Role - Production Team Leader**:
The excellent role involves supporting the Production Supervisor in leading a team of around 25 Assembly and Machine Operators ensuring adherence to all Health and Safety and Quality requirements. Duties include:

- Supporting the Supervisor to achieve day-to-day production targets and OTIF delivery performance
- Leading a team which supplies high quality lightweight furniture panels to the leisure industry
- Complying with company policies and procedures
- Planning and expediting the production of customer orders
- Reporting any problems affecting production to the Production Supervisor
- Efficiently utilising labour

**Person Requirements - Production Team Leader**:

- Relevant production experience in machining and assembly of products - preferably in woodworking
- Ambitious, proactive and motivated with proven skills of leading teams and driving production efficiencies
- Able to prioritise and control work in accordance with deadlines
- Able to adapt and manage changing priorities
- Able to achieve OTIF delivery performance, ensuring product quality is maintained
- Good organisational skills
- An effective communicator at all levels
- Target driven with proven ability to achieve results
- Ideally you will have a Lean Manufacturing Green Belt qualification
- Ideally you will have IOSH Managing Safely

**Terms of role**:
**Hours**: Mon-Thurs 05:45 to 14:15, and Friday 05:45 to 12:45, with paid overtime at time and a half. 39 hour working week.

**Location**: You should ideally be within a 20-mile commute of the site in Brigg.
