This is an all year round role, based in Mangotsfield School, we offer a competitive salary £37,568 - £40,578 pa and a range of benefits including an **attractive** defined benefit local **pension** scheme.

Our offices are situated in leafy South Gloucestershire, less than 20 minutes away from the heart of the cosmopolitan vibrancy of Bristol City Centre with excellent transport links to the M5 and M4.

**The Person**

You will be a pro-active finance professional, with excellent communication skills to be able to communicate your technical knowledge to staff at all levels in the organisation. Ideally you will be a qualified, or part qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) or qualified by experience.

You’ll be agile and resilient, being able to create meaningful relationships with your stakeholders and Trust colleagues. It is essential that you can prioritise your workload whilst working unsupervised and be open to supporting other areas of the finance team.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be ensuring that the Trust’s finances are well managed and the timely and accurate submission of statutory returns and reports to Trustees and all statutory returns are completed in a timely fashion.

You will work directly with our schools to support with their budget setting and financial planning.
