Established in 1910 Budd is considered by many to be one of the best Bespoke Shirt Makers in the world. Budd is Piccadilly Arcade's longest standing tenant and the only Bespoke Shirt Maker in London to house our Cutting Room directly above the shop.

In addition to Bespoke and Made to Measure Budd carries an extensive range of Ready to Wear Shirts, Night Wear, Formal Wear and Accessories which are produced in the UK and sold in store and online.

Budd is currently seeking a full time **Sales Associate** on a permanent contract. The shop environment is fast paced, especially in November and December so a strong knowledge of menswear and particularly Shirts is vital for the role in addition to previous experience using Microsoft Office, Tills and Inventory Management Systems.

**The Role**:

- Providing the highest level of Customer Service
- Driving sales and working to targets and KPIs
- Promoting data capture across the business
- Maintaining excellent visual standards, stock replenishment and housekeeping
- Communicating clearly with the sales, bespoke and production teams
- Will be required to work every Saturday with a day off in the week

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Strong Sales and Customer Service in the Luxury Men's Sector
- Knowledge of Shirt Making and Cloth qualities
- Confidence advising on Fit and Style
- Flexibility and Excellent time management
- Well presented Brand Ambassador in keeping with the Budd image
- Client Focussed and Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to absorb knowledge and training quickly and willingness to adapt
- Availability to work every Saturday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
