Customer Relationship Manager

Due to continued growth and business demands we are keen to secure a professional Customer Relationship Manager/Servicing Advisor to help support a very busy Group CEO within Financial Services, working out of their offices based in Farnham, Surrey. Therole will entail a broad range of administrative and client management skills and requires someone who can work in a fast paced and robust environment, with first class communication, whilst showing initiative, creative flair, strong attention to detail andthe ability to be self-managed/motivated.
Duties Involved:
- Supporting the CEO and Head of Investment Advisory with day to day client interaction and customer management, taking responsibility for all follow ups and reviews on existing clients within the CEO’s portfolio and across a range of products.
- Coordinate and book any F2F meetings required with the CEO.
- Work with the CEO and Sales Team in providing regular updates on client base activity.
- Contribute to a harmonious work environment through the provision of an exemplary service in regards to communication and delivery of assigned accounts - must be able to work autonomously, show great initiative and be professional at all times.
- Support in any Sales or Product activity that the CEO is personally involved in.
- Help manage the client base with social media initiatives, campaigns and communication. Be highly active in any networking and build credible relationships with all level of stakeholder.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of all captured data, tracking and tracing information where necessary and flagging any concerns or queries immediately with the CEO.
- Identify smarter ways of working and assist in managing a demanding work load.
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- Experience of working within customer service with the ability and attitude to take on any task
- Previous work experience within the FS industry preferred BUT not essential
- Advanced MS office skills
- Strong and polished telephone communication skills - Professionally presented with excellent customer facing skills
- Attention to detail - An absolute must
- Sense of urgency to tasks - starter and finisher mentality
- Accountability
- Able to function in a high pressure environment and meet set deadlines
- Well organised with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who acts on initiative with a professional manner and presentation - must be able to work autonomously
This is an ideal role for someone either currently studying to become a Financial Advisor or someone who is keen to break into this industry within Investment and Wealth Management.
