**About our client and the role**

Clover Recruitment are looking for a Product Trainer to join a growing team in this brand new role, supporting the Business Development Manager with the training and sales of products for their clients.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is a well-known, global leader in stairway evacuation for people with disabilities or mobility impairments. The side of the business you will be joining focuses on medical and critical care clients.

Established for more than 35 years, lifesaving products are installed in a variety of environments including offices, hotels, schools, colleges, sports stadia, retail outlets, factories and in various healthcare settings around the world, all manufactured in Britain.

This is a field based role and you can be based anywhere within the UK, mainly covering the East side of the UK, however, you will need to be able to travel to Solihull head office frequently, especially in the first few months for training on the products.

**Various skills and background we are considering**
- Medical Trainer, Product Trainer, Biomedical Trainer
- Engineering degree, biomedical degree
- Understanding the products to demo and train clients on them
- Must have a full UK driving license

**Main tasks**

This is a very exciting role where Training clients on the products is a key part of the role but you will develop the role in to a Sales role too, with uncapped commission and supported career progression in the business.
- Liaising with existing clients
- Demos, training and presentations to help clients discover and understand products/services
- Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
- Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations
- Writing technical reports
- Supporting other members of the team by training them in the uses of products/services
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Ensuring that sales targets are met

**What you will get in return**
- Up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Uncapped bonus after 6 months probation period
- Company car, phone and laptop
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
