**The Company**

Capulus operate in the UK Motor Fleet market, Providing Motor Fleet insurance in the UK through a highly experienced and dedicated underwriting team with a versatile approach to writing business. We combine flexible underwriting and excellent customer service to deliver a highly professional and efficient service. Due to continued growth we have an opening for two Customer Service Consultants to join our small, vibrant team at our office in Caerphilly.

**The Role**

We will give you all the training and support you need to become a confident and skilled Team Member, including continual development of your technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. You will be required to work a 35-hour week and our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

The role will include processing New Business documents, as well as processing mid-term adjustments and providing administrative support to our underwriters. Data entry and maintaining the Motor Insurance Database are key elements of the role as is building strong and long lasting relationships with our Brokers.

**About You**
- Enthusiasm and have a passion for customer service.
- Previous experience of working within a customer service environment (Face to Face or over the phone)
- Good Level of PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
- Ability to adapt and grow with the business
- Excellent communication skills - clear and confident manner, active listening skills and the ability to build rapport / relationships with customers.
- Excellent Team Player
- Ability to prioritise workload in a pressurised and changing environment.
- Ability to work on their own, as well as part of a team, in order to meet set deadlines.
- Well organised
- GCSE or equivalent grades of C or Above in Maths & English
