Job Overview:
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and customer-centric individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Administrator. In this role, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our brand, ensuring unparalleled service delivery. Initially a temporary position, there is a pathway to permanency for the right fit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Deliver accurate and timely information on our products, services, and order statuses.
- Seamlessly process customer orders, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Elevate the customer service experience, actively engaging with clients to foster organic growth.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with tact, empathy, and a commitment to resolution.
- Maintain meticulous customer records, updating interactions, account details, and order information.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to guarantee customer satisfaction and swift issue resolution.
- Uphold and manage customer sales order reports with precision and diligence.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical acumen to discern and address diverse customer needs effectively.
- Capacity to juggle multiple tasks while upholding meticulous attention to detail.
- Mastery of phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and finesse.
- Adept problem-solving prowess to tackle customer concerns efficiently and effectively.

Expected hours will be 36.5 per week

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
