A newly established Transformation Office supports the University to deliver step change improvements across a wide range of activities. We are now seeking a motivated and proactive Administrator to join our busy team. Working with a programme or project team, you will help support the delivery of projects and programmes undertaking a wide variety of tasks including: diary management and administration support for members of the programme team; organising meetings, workshops and events; preparing agendas and minutes; communicating with stakeholders; and maintaining key project documentation.

You will have a proven track record of providing excellent administrative support to a busy team combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be flexible and well-organised with an ability to deal with competing priorities and deadlines.
