We are looking for a Property Clearance Operative to join our team. The role will include working inside and outside in all types of weather, the Clean and Clear team are responsible for the cleaning and clearing of both vacant and tenanted properties / gardens to the highest standard.

We’re looking for someone who has a basic knowledge of standard tools and materials and who has the ability to understand and follow work instructions. A positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

A full UK driving license is required as you will need to travel to different locations within Norwich and surrounding areas.

**What to expect**:

- Clearance work of general rubbish, needle removal and hazardous waste.
- Garden work, general garden tidying, removal of green waste, removal of rubble and free-standing garden buildings.
- Clear out all furniture, appliances, and other belongings from the property.
- Pack items for transport and loading onto a vehicle.
- Sort and separate items for disposal, donation, or recycling.
- Transport items to appropriate disposal sites or donation centres.
- Load and unload items from the vehicle.
- Disassemble large items that cannot be transported in one piece.
- Clean and tidy up the property after all items have been removed.
- Work efficiently and effectively to complete jobs within the given timeframes.
- Any other ad hoc duties as requested by the First Line Manager.

**Pay rate is £85 per day**, **(9.30am - 3.30pm) **1-2 days a week but this can change and may increase. Work time Mon-Fri 9.30am-3.30pm, (need to be flexible to stay until the final clearance is done where required)

**What we are looking for**:

- Must be able to lift large / bulky items
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to communicate professionally, accurately, and clearly.
- Full UK/ EU Driving Licence
