**We are seeking experienced Void Operatives to includes Multi Trades, Carpenters, Plumbers, Painters & Decorators to work in Void Properties.**

**Previous Social Housing Void experience essential.**

**Daily responsibilities**
- Carrying out complete bathroom and kitchen fitting, tiling, plumbing, patch repair walls and painting,
- Carpentry and Plumbing repairs
- To promote a safe working environment and support the companies Health and Safety Policies and procedures on-site. Report any non-conformances of Health and Safety to a supervisor.
- Ensure that when working on contracts that you have the correct equipment, that you are wearing an FPM corporate uniform, that you are displaying your ID badge, and adhering to the site safety manual.
- Ensure that your quality of work is always aligned to and compliant with the contract requirements, and you report any poor-quality workmanship to a supervisor, using the appropriate quality inspection form.
- To work within the allocated labour resources, plan on-site, and report any variation works to the site supervisor.
- Liaise with the clients and keep them informed of works that may be undertaken and promote the company ethos and values always.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties within the contract including voids at your supervisor’s request
- Excellent communication skills.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Formal technical qualification, such as NVQ, City, and Guilds within trade background. (Desirable)
- Able to demonstrate a further skillset to support the multi-trade role.
- Experience within the Social Housing Sector.
- Full UK Driving Licence

**What we offer**:
We offer a competitive salary between £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience and qualifications, Van, Fuel card and uniform. We also offer attractive benefits that include pension and holiday purchasing scheme.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Norwich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social Housing Void Works: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
