Due to retirement, our Your Move branch in **Wigton** are looking to recruit a **Sales Negotiator / Trainee Sales Negotiator** into the team.

Your Move is the UK's largest single branded Estate Agency business and part of the LSL Property Services group.

In this role you will be responsible for regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the vendor and the buyer and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.

Industry experience is preferred but not essential, **we will give you the tools to become a successful negotiator** But as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced,customer focussed environment.

- **Basic salary in the region of £16,000 to £17,000**:

- **Uncapped OTE in the region of £20,000 to £22,000**:

- **Guaranteed bonus for the first 6 months of employment**

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
