Supply Chain and Commercial Assistant

An opportunity has arisen to join CCL Secure England as **Supply Chain & Commercial Assistant.**

**So what is the role?**

Reporting to the Supply Chain & Commercial Manager, this role is responsible for supporting internal sales function, coordinating logistics activities and communication between the customer and operations in support of field sales.

**Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Direct the sales order and product fulfilment process-ensuring customer receives the right product at the right place and at the right time.
- Assist the planning process and maintain presentations and action registers and co-ordinate with all stakeholders into the process.
- Manage and arrange customer logistics including any export documentation.
- Co-ordinate requirements for customer tenders and quotations and actively participate on the development of customer proposals and bid submissions.
- Comply with Customer contractual obligations by monitoring and reporting on key indicators.
- Review and prepare documentation for Letters of Credit (LC), Performance Bonds and other Financial Instruments as required ensuring compliant and on time presentations. (Not essential but previous experience would be advantageous)
- Complete administrative tasks and maintain organisation of files as they relate to specific projects including customer master files in SAP, input sales, returns and other supply chain administration
- To work collaboratively with the Supply Chain & Commercial Co-ordinator role
