We have job opportunity for a **Level 3 Plumbing Apprentice** to join our partnering contractor Wates, you will be working in their Croydon branch.

**About the Role**
- As a level 3 Plumbing Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of our fun and diverse team of tradespeople.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to the below
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and heating systems, including hot water systems, boilers, and renewable energy solutions.
- Conduct fault-finding and diagnostics on plumbing and heating systems.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards building regulations, and health and safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service, liaising with clients to explain work carried out and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in plumbing and heating technologies, including renewable energy solutions.
- Locating and identifying leaks.
- Repairing or replacing pipes and parts.
- Determining the right tools and equipment necessary to successfully complete a job.
- Assisting with preparing cost estimates for clients.
- Helping the Plumber to ensure that all work is in accordance with health and safety codes.
- Cleaning the job site after the work is completed.
- Answering client queries.
- Following the Plumbers' orders and instructions.
- Ensuring the right materials are available in good time in order to improve completion rates

**Qualifications**
- To be considered for this apprenticeship you will need to have achieved a Grade 4 or C and above in Maths and English
