**Plumbing Engineer**

**1. PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE**

As one of our clients plumbing specialist engineers, your role will be to deliver the their leak location and repair process on the back of a leak alert from the our clients smart water leak alarm.

**4. DIMENSIONS**
- **Location**: Based within the Croydon/South London geographical area, but will be required to work in other areas across the UK from time to time.
- **Hours of Work**: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Typically, this is arranged through five shifts of eight **5. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**

**Technical Qualifications and Experience**
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- At least 3 years industry experience
- Unvented Certificate
- Plumbing installation experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to approach and resolve problems logically
- Demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm for the task in hand
- Experience working with members of the public, with an ability to deal with Customers effectively
- Fulfils all requirements at Level 3
- Part P

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

Productivity - Visits Per Day - Between 2-3

First Visit Fix: - 90-95%

Re-Attends - Less than 3%

Complaints - Less than 1%
