**Job description**
**Role Title**: HR Assistant
**Reports To**: Human Resources, Team Leader
**Department**: National Enforcement Solutions
**Job Types**: Full-time, temporary (6 - 12months maternity cover) with the potential to be come permanent, 37.5 hours a week, £20,475 per annum. Monday - Friday 9am until 5pm.
**Role**:
Based in our Deeside office, you will provide professional and administrative support, focused on the recruitment and onboarding of new employees within the business.

**Key Accountabilities Key Activities**:
- Coordinate hiring activities
- Prepare and post job ads online
- Help with C.V screening and initial phone screens
- Schedule interviews
- Process background checks
- Handle records and paperwork
- Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
- Reference checks
- Driving Licence checking
- Handle the onboarding of new starters & ensuring training is carried out
- Scheduling rosters
- Assisting with payroll
- Book accommodation
- I.T Skills and good knowledge of Excel and Word are essential for this role.
