Vacancies in Queensferry, Flintshire North Wales with travel costs covered. Army Reserve Training nights occur on a Wednesday evening between 1930-2130 and weekends throughout the year.

We will provide you with all the Army Reserve soldier HR training you need, once completed you will be responsible for the provision of personnel administration and financial management of our soldiers (including pay, allowances, recovery of charges, accounting and audits).

**Essential Criteria**:

- Be able to commit to a minimum of 27 days per year (More days are available).
- Enthusiasm to learn.
- Keen to be part of a team.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the recruitment process by managing job postings and coordinating interviews using ATS and HRIS systems like Workday and Taleo.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy through diligent data entry and management.
- Support HR initiatives by managing social media communications and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Foster effective communication within the team and provide assistance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with HR staff to implement policies and enhance employee engagement.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £63.27-£89.41 per day
