**The Role**
As an Account Executive, you will support our Events Team and Account Management Department in managing our fast-growing portfolio of clients.
You will assist with the day-to-day management of clients by responding promptly to enquires, note-taking, and creating presentations for client briefs and proposals.
Supporting the account director, you’ll seek to generate new leads and engage with clients to develop positive working relationships. You will prepare project estimates and timelines, supply quotes and ensure that internal financial processes are adhered to.
Additionally, you will support the delivery of events by sourcing potential venues and be present on-site to assist with a variety of client activations.
**About You**
To be considered as an Account Executive, you will need:

- The ability to multi-task and juggle jobs with different deadlines and priorities while providing an impeccable day-to-day service to clients
- The ability to assist with pitches and pitch presentations
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team
- A strong customer focus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
