Salary**:£20,000 - £26,000 + Benefits**

An exciting client of mine who are based in Reading are looking to hire a Junior Service Desk Analyst to become a key part of the team and enable the organisation to complete exciting projects and improve the Service Desk as it continues to grow.

As the Junior Service Desk Analyst you will have the opportunity to join an organisation who are embarking on huge amounts of growth. They pride themselves on the development and progression of their engineers with built in development plans and fully expensedCertifications and Qualifications

**Key Skills for the Junior Service Desk Analyst**:

- Experience using the Office 365 suite or VoIP - Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams etc
- Experience using Active Directory - adding, creating, deleting users
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills

**Desirable Skills for the Junior Service Desk Analyst**:

- Networking
- Experience with Firewalls
- Experience with Intune
- Previous Service Desk experience
- Experience with VMware/Hyper V
- Azure
