As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering engaging and educational programs that inspire young minds. You will ensure that the environment is safe, clean, and stimulates their curiosity and creativity. Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues will be an essential aspect of your role, as well as assisting with meal times and toileting as needed. To top it off, you will keep accurate records of each child’s development and progress, providing them with the best possible start in life.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
Proven experience in a nursery or similar environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
