We operate almost exclusively online, with a strong and growing presence on our e-commerce website, Amazon Marketplace, and eBay store. As a small, close-knit team of 6-7 individuals, we foster a supportive and collaborative work environment. **Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week). This is a crucial role for someone who thrives in an online-focused environment and has a proven track record in digital marketing. You will be instrumental in enhancing our online presence, engaging our audience, and driving sales growth across all our digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage engaging social media strategies for platforms such as Instagram/Facebook and TikTok. This includes content creation (visuals, videos, captions), scheduling posts, community engagement, and staying current with platform trends.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and high-quality digital content (text, image, and video) tailored for various online channels, ensuring brand consistency and appeal to our target audience.
- Paid Advertising Management: Oversee and optimize Google Ads campaigns and potentially other online advertising platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions. This includes keyword research, ad copy creation, budget management, and performance monitoring. You will work alongside our exisiting external Google and Facebook ads account manager.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using relevant analytics tools. Use insights to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing technologies to ensure TAFS Health and Beauty remains competitive and innovative.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Proven professional experience in a similar marketing role, with a strong focus on digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
- Demonstrable expertise in managing and growing Instagram and TikTok accounts for a business.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player within a small business environment.
- Based in or within easy commuting distance of Brighouse, West Yorkshire.
- Knowledge of the health and beauty industry or nail technician supplies is a plus, but not essential.
