**The Opportunity**
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven **Internal Sales Representative** to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and representing the UKO Glass brand with professionalism and integrity.

**Key Responsibilities**

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable glass and glazing solutions.

Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring a high standard of customer care.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.

Proactively manage customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Preparing quotes and conducting follow ups

**What You’ll Bring**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role (glass industry experience is a plus).
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Confidence in negotiating and closing deals.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering a great experience.
- Proficiency in basic IT systems and sales software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
