Role Summary
UK Connect seeks a Sales Support Administrator with prior experience in giving high-level administrative and customer commercial support, to help enhance our growth within the Construction Sector and other targeted industries. You will be pivotal in enabling the sales team to concentrate on both fostering relationships and propelling revenue growth with our clients. Our mission is to connect the disconnected, bridge the connectivity gap, and unlock the full potential of all those we support.

About You
As an ambitious and dynamic individual, you possess a proven record in business and commercial administration. You have an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and understand how the Sales function contributes to the overall customer experience. You have a passion for attention to detail and a dedication toward world-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Oversee the management and processing of all chargeable work order requests to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
- Renewal Processing: Ensure all non-monthly renewals are executed on time and accurately.
- Customer Assistance: Offer ad hoc support to address the needs or concerns of our customers.
- Sales Team Support: Assist with team tasks and inquiries as needed.
- Sales Order Updates: Provide customers with updates regarding their sales orders, amends and/or account queries.
- System Data Accuracy: Ensure systems used by the Commercial teams are up to date and accurate.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
- Vendor specific qualifications (Cradlepoint, Ruckus & others).
Experience- Proven hands-on experience within a dynamic business and/or commercial administrative role.
