**Role Overview**:
UK Connect, a leading provider of advanced connectivity and IoT solutions, seeks an experienced Sales Administrator. You will be pivotal in aiding our Account Managers, offering high-level administrative and customer support that enables the team to concentrate on fostering relationships and propelling revenue growth with our clients. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Management**: Oversee the management and processing of customer orders.
- ** Customer Assistance**: Offer ad hoc support to address the needs or concerns of our customers.
- ** Sales Team Support**: Act as a resource for the Sales team, assisting with tasks and inquiries as needed.
- ** Order Updates**: Provide customers with timely and accurate updates regarding their orders and account queries.
**Required Qualifications and Experience**:
- **Proven track record**: As an administrator, supported teams and worked with customers.
- ** Efficiency**: Ability to process orders and renewals swiftly without compromising accuracy.
- ** Communication**: Effective communication with both internal teams and external customers.
- ** Problem Solving**: Quickly address and resolve ad hoc issues or concerns.
- ** System Management**: Proficient use of CRM and other relevant systems. (Dynamics CRM would be an advantage)
